small group LIFE COACHING

Small Group Life Coaching is a great way to support each other to achieve your life goals.

Every aspect of our lives is directly informed by our thinking - our self image in particular is the paradigm that drives our behaviour. And our behaviour (consistent habits) is what holds us back or moves us forward.

Our life is made up of various domains that can work together fluently or, in many cases, just balance each other out ..‘I hate my job but I do it for my family’…’I’m overweight and stressed out but I have no time to get my health in order - this is how I’m going to move up in my career..’

I help clients to better understand this process in each life domain: health, family, learning, career, social connectedness, spirituality and more.

Life is not a trade off - when each of these domains is working optimally we become the best version of ourselves - purposeful, happy, and healthy.

I work with small groups (max 3 people) to identify the thinking patterns and behaviours that will enable this change.

Why Small Groups?

Working with a small group of friends creates long term change because you provide support and accountability for enacting your life plan. Each group member brings a set of unique strengths and I assign specific roles based on these strengths.
